Point of interest no. 1.                                    Update% GNAT Cautioned Government To Release ......

GNAT - Ghana National Association of Teachers According to Joynews news update on Saturday 1st October, 2022. reported that Government owned the SSNIT Funds for Years now, which has caused the Pension scheme stakeholders not having full Financial responsibilities to fully fulfil their Pension scheme requirements for It's members who are Pensioners, by the period they should have claim their pension fund benefit in full.

Point of interest  no. 2.                                         According to GNAT, the Government has still not released the Tier 2 for months now approximately 6 months which Contributors will loose the profit or Beneficiary interest margin within that period Government will be delaying in the release of that Tier 2 funds...isn't this pity.why should this occur!

This is the Reason why, SSNIT sometimes find it difficult to cater for it respectful beneficiaries, cause Government wouldn't release funds due contributors fund for investment at appointed time which will generate interest for contributors. At the end contributors will be earning lesser that they should have.

According to past news and research, this attitude of past and present Governments withholding and Depting The Pension scheme funding has affected badly SSNIT in dispatching it terms, as the trust fund to support Government workers is gradually failing and affected poor contributors will complain about whiles in retirement, but no one sees and care about that ...

I , by this article write to inform the President, Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo that this Attitude of Government is killing Pensioners than any disease, cause the effort that Our Great forefathers thought, humans grow weak daily therefore there's the needs for a trusted fund to owned and managed by Government to help normalise the living of it workers after 60s and Conclusively notice that most humans by that time will not be strong enough to work again to support even themselves and carp as well financially so SSNIT was born to that effect, whereas subsequent Governments is downplaying this brilliant Generational hope...!

Mr President, please do due Diligence to this anomalies before it becomes a political disease.
