A process has been announced by the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC) to provide refunds to customers affected by the recent system failures of Ghana Electricity Company (ECG).



PURC said in a statement that this follows "extensive consultation with ECG administrators."




Affected consumers should contact their local ECG office or PURC local office between Monday 24 October 2022 and Friday 28 October 2022 to initiate compensation proceedings. can visit.www.ecg.gh
