  20 African countries Denied  vist to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) That is, those Countries are not allowed to enter Dubai, according to DW Africa. Ban is now in effect. According to the German-based news agency, one of the reasons for the ban is that many people entering the country on visit visas end up staying illegally while working without legalizing their stay. The UAE has stopped issuing tourist visas to people under the age of 40, except for those applying for family visas, according to the Emirates government, which has "introduced a new visa regime."  The Office of the President has appointed Dr. Eric Nkansah as the new Director General of the Ghana Education Service (GES). Although his appointment is provisional, it will be effective immediately pending consultation with the GES Board and Public Service Commission. Dr. Eric Encancer has indicated he will accept the role within 14 days, the president said in the letter.
